Cranberry Blueberry Fruit Smoothie

Refreshing and nutritious, this cranberry juice and frozen blueberry smoothie is enriched with banana, protein fueled with silken tofu, and sweetened with honey. Its electric berry color and bright flavors will brighten anyone’s day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Frozen Banna
  • 1 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup Pure unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup Silken tofu
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add the frozen banana to the blender along with the frozen blueberries, cranberry juice, tofu, honey, and ice.
  • Blend on speed 3 until smooth, about 45 seconds.
  • Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

To freeze banana chunks, peel the bananas, slice them in 1”pieces, and lay them in a single layer on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.  Once frozen through, scoop them into a plastic bag and keep them handy for smoothies in the refrigerator.
