Item -arrived in good condition physically. Haven’t tried the item yet so I have to check first if completely working
Packaging- ok,item was in a box with styrofoam and was shipped in another later of box

We have been looking for a reliable oven for the past several weeks, and we arrived with this model from Kitchenaid. The purchase was guided by reviews (hard to find!), and company background. Design-wise, the item looks slick and modern. It is a tad bigger than your normal countertop oven, but I feel like the actual interior is smaller. I haven’t really tried roasting a full chicken as advertised, maybe someday. Regarding performance, it has a lot of presets that are ready and easy-to-use. You can also customize the temperature, and time easily. I tried measuring the temp with a kitchen thermometer, and it appears to be good. So far, we have tried toasting pandesal, and grilling salmon. The pandesal came out darker than our target, but this could be due to the placement, and size of the bread. Our salmon turned out great using the roast function. Overall, I believe this is a good alternative to the other Brand out there which has received good professional reviews as well.
