#### **Delivery Lead Times** **Order cut-off is at 7:00 AM on business days**. Orders made **after** 7:00 AM will be processed the **next** business day. \*\**For example, if you order an item at 12:00 PM on Saturday, your order will be processed on Monday—assuming Monday is not a holiday.* **The standard delivery schedule is as follows:** * **Metro Manila:** 1 to 3 business days * **Luzon:** 1 to 5 business days * **Visayas:** 3 to 7 business days * **Mindanao:** 3 to 7 business days * **Island:** 5 to 6 business days *\*\*Palawan deliveries may take an additional 15 days* Please note that the **delivery lead times only count working days**—not including Sundays and holidays. #### **Shipping Fee** All additional shipping charges for any reason of any kind are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that the fees required for Vehicles 4WD / Closed Van Trucks to enter the client’s premises are not covered in the shipping fee and will not be shouldered by Focus Global Inc. #### **Carriers Used and Delivery** The majority of shipments are shipped by a **third-party courier**. Once your order is for delivery, you will be notified by the courier. We do not offer express shipping, and we do not ship outside of the Philippines. Our third-party courier will attempt delivery **up to three (3) times** only. If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. To ensure fast and flexible service, orders **may be dispatched using two-wheel transport (motorcycles)** depending on the item size and delivery route. All motorcycle couriers are **secure** and **use weatherproof packaging** to ensure your appliance arrives in perfect condition. * **Delivery Safety Guarantee:** Delivering via motorcycle does not compromise item integrity or safety. * **Return Policy:** The mode of transportation used for delivery is not a valid reason for product returns, exchanges, or order cancellations if the item arrives undamaged and in normal working condition. #### **Problems and Exceptions** If an item is **returned** to Focus Global Inc. by the courier for any reason other than our error, the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for both directions. › Please **verify the address** to ensure that you have provided the correct address prior to placing your order. * **Damaged or Defective Items:** If your item arrives with physical damage or operational issues, our standard Return & Exchange Policy and Return & Refund Policy applies. › Please **inspect your appliance upon delivery** and report any defects to KitchenAid Philippines via email at [customersupport@focusglobalinc.com](mailto:customersupport@focusglobalinc.com) and provide the order number for resolution. *Attaching a **clear and uninterrupted unboxing video** to your report will help our team verify the issue instantly. Requests must be sent **at least within 24 hours** upon delivery.* * **Stolen Items:** If the shipment is stolen, please report the incident to KitchenAid Philippines via email at [customersupport@focusglobalinc.com](mailto:customersupport@focusglobalinc.com) and provide the order number for resolution. #### **Multiple Item Orders** We will ship multiple item orders with only **one (1) order ID and tracking number**.
